and not trying to dunk on you but i just remembered another reason why taking names at face value isnt always the best idea
the american thrash/uspm band realm from the 80s have a demo called "the final solution" with a mushroom cloud on the cover. but if you read the song titles and lyrics (on any of their releases really not just that one) you wont find a single thing thats even a little questionable. you wont find any questionable ties among the members, any controversy, anything.

Nero di Marte are a pretty cool proggy/atmospheric post metal band that are badly in need of a more diverse vocalist. I don't know if that would appeal to you at all. Their previous album is better than this, by the way.
Edit: I took too long and we've moved on. Ha ha.

I don’t think my question is unreasonable given the shit going down with Ad Nauseam. And yes I read his statement and I’m fully aware of the subtlety involved in that situation.

Yea Derivae is fucking MASSIVE. It would really hurt me if this band was wrapped up in any NSBM.

Ei park! Perhaps you dig the debut the better, very metal gojiresque vibe, they head to more and more post with each release tho.
"Their previous album is better than this, by the way." I also back this

cheers for the heads up
mostly ended up here because of the potential controversy
i can def understand why someone who loves the band would really hate or be scared of the prospect though
personally i dont think theres much to it in this case

Cool. So the final solution is about math class or something?

wow, 6+ yr old account resurrected just for this
Just as Moore and associates had parodied the mainstream universe three decades ago with the Ciccone Youth project, the same is now done by Germanotta Youth by updating the target and shooting: where Madonna's pop eighties was submerged by blankets of noise and revised in a ' underground and no-wave optics, here the universe of Lady Gaga, mirror of a today without any reference points, is thrown into a black hole.

.... yes, maybe you should
its some kind of digital grind or whatever you want to call it, def closer to atari teenage riot than to any black metal i've ever heard, doesnt even have guitars

Hitler's in there I can feel it.
Edit: Okay this is far too silly sounding to have a chance at containing cryptic Nazi shit.

there is one sample on one release that samples and credits berlusconi so who knows

Ciccone Youth being a Sonic Youth side project was a nice pull park. I think this is looking benign, if stupid. Has the vibe of some artsy edgy Italian kids trying to make some incoherent statement about pop culture. Hurray! Back to jammin Nero Di Marte.
