You guys are idiots this album was seriously good. One of the best albums I've ever heard. Period.

Wow, that's just sad (this is going on what I've heard from this).

Not the best in rock, or even punk, or even modern punk, or even pop-punk, or even other albums by them.

It is far from being the best album of anything. It can't even compete with Sum 41's older stuff, how could it compete with classics like Bad Religion's "Stranger Than Fiction" or Green Day's "Dookie"?

Edit: Nevertheless, it's still a fun listen. This Message Edited On 09.24.07

This is just bland stuff, but after a few listens it grows on ya a bit, but it's still not that deep.

Why is this band such a big deal? If you've heard like 3 of their songs you've heard every single one.

I find it hilarious how after 5 pages of comments, these kids still don't even ****ing know if Deryck is on the cover of the god damned album. Everyone slams them for sounding like Blink-182 when they were big, now it's Green Day. Because that's what you do if you have no idea about the band or the album for that matter; you associate with something else that someone else said, thus making it easier for you and making yourself appear more educated then you actually are. The fact is that if anyone here had taken the time to do your research, you would find out that this whole album was written as a journey from the start of this band to the present day. So, it would make sense for the start of the album talk about being an "Underclass Hero" seeing as how that was how one felt when being a teenage rebel. "Walking Disaster" voices the stages of adolescence moving from wanting to abandon your parents at any cost to eventually realizing you've missed out on oh so much. Then this teenager grows up and begins to question the world around him as seen in "March of the dogs" and "The Jester". Thus, leading in to a sense of being confuse on what we should and should and should not believe. Then Deryck finds love and moves into the stage of life where one must grow up and mature as he becomes a husband. This album ends with a ballad aimed at former guitarist, telling him that whatever he does, they understand and it's ok. You can slam an album if you choose, at least i don't mind. I love embarrassing idiots.

As for the comment 2 above from me, try listening to one of their older albums like Chuck or Does This Look Infected and you will take that back. Their new album really isn't that great, but it grows on you after a few listens.

I don't think these guys are as good as say Green Day or Weezer when it comes to your standard pop-punk fare, but they are quite good, although I've yet to hear this.

I despise this CD. I used to love Sum 41.

Oh, well. I can only take so much of Deryck Whibley's infatuation with himself.
