it's pretty accessible as far as post-rock goes.

jakob for some reason is kind of inaccessible to really get into, maybe the evpatoria report?

they're not difficult to enjoy but they are difficult to really grasp

Sigur Ros has always been completely inaccessible to me and that sucks cuz I wasted so much bandwidth
down... I mean 'acquiring' their entire discography. Their music is just vapid and I don't get any
kind of enjoyment out of it at all.

But yeah most people here like Sigur Ros so I guess they qualify

listen to untitled #3, that song is impossible to dislike. i kind of agree to an extent though, a lot of their songs seem kind of directionless.

untitled 3 and untitled 1 are their only songs of note though, the rest is really bland and tests my patience to its very limit

I like Jakob and Sigur Ros.

Post-Rock is a pretty easy genre to get into for the most part. I can see the really long/slower songs being boring or inaccessible though. Thats why I prefer Post-Metal when its done well.

Well, there are a lot of post-rock bands that have a really 'active' feel to them (if I can call it that) like sleepmakeswaves and leech because of their more upbeat/slightly more aggressive approach to the genre

never gets boring

sleepmakeswaves also has some relatively short songs which can help.
