I have an issue with track-by-track reviews such as this one. Your level of detail and technical knowledge is commendable, but you skip the big picture completely. So, there are 8 great songs on this album. And? It is not the mere presence of 8 great tracks that's the only thing that makes this album amazing.

Dude! Creeping Death is about the Biblical Story of the Jews exodus from Egypt (Passover) First line of the song is "Slaves *Hebrews* Born to Serve, To the Pharaoh"!



and many other like "Lamb blood painted door, I shall pass", "Go I will be with thee, bush of fire" etc. read the Lyrics. Creeping Death is a metaphor to the 10th plague, where God comes down and "take"(kill) all the first born's of Egypt including the Pharaoh's Son (Also One of the Lyrics in the Chorus) Source: Ride The Lightning Booklet, The Torah (Jewish Bible)



and keep the review shorter not so much detail unnecessary. But i Also think its their Best album Tied with And Justice For All IMO.
