I might even enjoy Silversteins cover of Apologize more than the original song or even All Ends cover. It's remarkable at how many remixes and cover songs out there.

I thought it was pretty solid, it's a good rainy day album.

"The first half of the album is pretty good. That's about all I can sit through though."

Agreed, the first half has a few melodies that are quite enjoyable, even tho this band as a whole is nothing special.

I finally got around to listening to the album in full today and overall, the album was pretty good. Apologize is by far the stand-out track but Apologize and Stop and Stare aren't the only good tracks on the album, All We Are, Come Home, and Mercy were also amazing and are right up there with the singles off of the album.

Everyone seems to be focusing on the sound of it but nobody has really pointed out the genius behind the lyrics. Most popular songs nowadays are regurgitating the same boring things repeatedly. If you were to compare the lyrics of any of the songs off this album to any song on the radio now, you'd find that these songs are better by a long shot. I'm a little sick of seeing all these comments about how horrible these songs are from people that haven't even bothered to listen to the whole album.

At least OneRepublic is having self-penned hits while all these other popular acts are getting chart-toppers written by other musicians.

Damn, this album is better than I remembered. Love the Coldplay/post-britpop sound with a dash of emo. I still hold that Ryan Tedder has one of the best voices in the biz.
