The first three songs on this are on par with most of For Emma IMO. Woods is a curveball, and I must admit, a confusing one at best...could've done without it, but adds some flavor to an overall highly impressive ep

Someone review the Twilight soundtrack I wanna see if the Bon Iver song is good or not.

it's nothing spectacular... boring compared to everything else Justin Vernon

Yeah I just heard the song off the soundtrack for the first time and it's pretty sweet, no doubt beautiful but nothing spectacular. The new Grizzly Bear song on the other hand off that soundtrack is awesome

I forgot about this, but I'm getting back into it. Title track is the best, and Woods isn't that bad

Following the phenomenal success of debut LP 'For Emma, Forever Ago', Bon Iver (aka Justin Vernon) is back with this 4 track EP titled 'Blood Bank'. Since a couple of the songs date back to pre-Emma & the others are new, variety is not an issue... But cohesion is. The opening title track makes for an effective bridge between releases, but things get a little more experimental from there as 'Babys' heavily incorporates piano & 'Woods' is vocoder-filled repetition at its most haunting. One thing it does prove is that this folk artist has ambition aplenty & his next step will be fascinating to witness. Recommended Tracks: Blood Bank & Woods.
