Go play in heavy traffic? Sounds like something a middle schooler would say.

I actually like this album. I find it entertaining. (hed) are good entertainers. This is still a great review. Mainly because I agree that (hed) pe's lyrics are downright horrible. "Stepping Stone" could've been nice, but the lyrics are just atrocious. All the speech samples are also completely unnecessary. They completely ruin "Flesh And Blood", which otherwise was pretty catchy.

i'd like this more if it was less obnoxious and less jarring and less trying too hard to be edgy and failing miserably

I have to agree with Atlmer on this. I would like it more if it were less on the conspiracy-and-sexism tip. Or at least if the politics didn't try to be as complex and "serious" as they are in her. Yeah, (hed) pe are trying to be offensive and edgy too much. They're still entertaining, but they should calm down a bit. I think they're talented, but don't put it in a good use.

I listened to Bloodfire. The result was me wanting to stick my face in the oven while repeatingly slamming the door.

So yeah, I'm gonna listen to this.

Don't hate on the dutches. We've got the Fries people, which are the most manly people after Vikings, Manowar and Pirates.

Listening to it right now, and I'm wondering, is there any good material by this band? this is the second album I've seen utterly downsized not only by reviews but just by existing. However, it's true they are good entertainers, and this is fuckin' funny to listen to. I found it on my iTunes library today by listening to Planet X, which I thought sounded really cool, but what the hell it was about I had no idea. Now I'm not sure if Hed PE or their producers on this album did either.

I havn't listened to this album and hardly know this band at all. I came on here to get an idea of what they are like and I have to say from a neutral standing, this review is so heavily subjective that it hurts the legitimacy of the claim.
It reads like a bitter attack rather than well constructed criticism. You may be right, they might suck, in fact those lyrics do look awful, however a less aggressive approach omitting an overuse of sarcasm would go further to add credibility to your opinion.
