actually your description to Follow The eraper is even more gayer than the rating. I think that you're just a narrow minded fuck up who likes to bring down good music. Even when you don't listen to metal you are gotta give that album credit. But yeah from the description I can see that you are just a little cunt who has nothing better to do than troll around here. This Message Edited On 02.15.09

I'm not bitching. I just don't want idiots to screw up a perfectly fine review for a perfectly horrible album.

PS Children of Bodom are mediocre.

This review fairly infuriates me.

First off, i personally don't think that any one type of music "sucks." No matter how much one person thinks one band or type of music sucks, it'll have it's supporters.

Ever since my cousin showed me (hed) p.e., i've been absolutely in love with them. They have the catchiest songs. Every person i've shown their music to, has loved them also.

Hed has always had 1 or 2 songs per album that i have to admit have pretty crazy lyrics. For example "Stepping Stone." Even though it does, the chorus is pretty catchy to me regardless.

Back on point; the thing that gets me the most with your review is the fact you don't point out the positive points of the album and from what i've ready so far, you've basically made it where people don't even wanna listen to the album. That is nonsense. You insult the fact that they basically change their music in different parts of songs. Well you obviously haven't done much homework on Hed. Every Hed fan i know loves the change in their music during songs. You also forgot to mention in the review how have intense buildups and breakdowns as in previous albums. There are also very meaningful songs on the album and it has some great lyrics. You know ABSOLUTELY nothing about Hed or you would know they are a DIY band. Jahred (lead singer) produces the albums himself, and in my eyes, he does a great job.

With no intentions to insult you, i would have to say that your review is very thoughtless, aggressive, and most importantly immature.

Now you'll probably write a reply to this saying how i'm a crazed "fanboy" of hed pe. I am obviously a huge fan of the band but my taste varies greatly. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and this is mine. I would not be surprised if you were an executive from Jive that's still trying to screw Hed over even more.

P.S.

Hed pe is definitely not rap-metal.

Here's some lyrics from "CBC" that makes me love them even more. Jahred tells me he could care less what people think about his lyrics by saying "Tell me how to sing and act, fuck that."

Atlbravesfan, here's a few things to think about.

1. I don't care if you're a fanboy. You have a shit opinion about a shit band. The fact I don't like these guys doesn't make me a record executive (what? I'm just a student lol) trying to screw them over

2. Do you know what a review is? A review is an essay expressing an opinion on something, usually with the idea to advise people to buy or not buy something. Obviously my point is to express my opinion that this record sucks donkey balls and therefore people shouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Yes, that is the point. That is not nonsense at all. THAT'S WHAT REVIEWS DO.

3. I'm sure you listen to other shit DIY bands that are supposed to be good but in fact suck. Enjoy.

4. The lyrics are filled with that shit. If he doesn't care about my lyrics, why are you whining about it? I don't care about your fucken opinion either. I don't care what the two upset fans of the band think at all. Why are you even bothering lol

5. The stylistic switches are useless and jarring. They don't make sense in context and don't further the songs at all. They just annoy.

I don't care about his opinion in the same way. Truth is it's not good lyricism.

By saying Jahred "tells me" is how ***I*** personally took that message. I thought that might be confusing to some. haha

The record label exe was just sarcasm.

No matter how many people (such as most on this post) try to shut Hed down, they're not going to leave any time soon. They're as big as they were when they had a record label, if not bigger. The fan base constantly gets stronger day in and day out.

I may like a few DIY bands and artists such as Hed, KMK, Tech, and others, but my range in music varies greatly. Anywhere from Marley and Ub40 to Stone Temple Pilots and to even Faith No More.

Hed pe is 1 of only 2 artists where i love every song by them. The other being Bob Marley, of course.

Mom's basement? I'm 16, in high school, play football, have a part time job, party with friends quite a bit, and will probably be getting accepted into Westpoint soon (hopefully).

You're telling the wrong person to get a social life,"the_wizard" b/c from the way things look, you need one.

And while i'm on your comment still, let me say that like i said (which apparently you didn't comprehend) my music range varies. Your "real music" is just what your favorites are. Like i said before. No music sucks because each type will always have it's supporters.

You will look back at these comments in a few years bravesfan and realize 'those guys were right, this band sucks.' It's ok to like sh*t music sometimes but c'mon dude, this is scraping through the bottom of the barrel and into the turd pile.
