The physical CD doesn't come out until July in the States. Until then it's digital-only through places like iTunes and Amazon.

Ah damn, I'll wait until July then. To be fair, i haven't really got the cash to get this right now anyway... but I really want it. Damn.

Also, if anyone's interested, it seems they've got the whole album available to stream on their last.fm page. Fucking awesome stuff, reminds me of Athiest, but also of a thrashier (albeit less technical) Blotted Science with vocals. I need this CD now, might have to download in the meantime, I can't get enough of this.

That's cool that you're getting into this. This album also gives me hope for the new Atheist becaue if you can take the three guys from this band and combine their skill with Kelly's songwriting... well, it should be awesome.

lol, that's exactly what I was thinking about the new Taking Back Sunday album. What I am really enjoying is the new All the Empires of the World release.

It would be hard to get them popular around here because their middle two releases are so sparse and ambient. On the other hand, people like free music so maybe a review/interview combo (plus they'll be on the next free music thing) might work.

No, it's obvious that popularity isn't their main goal. I think that a lot of the post-rock crowd here could get into them, but it would require work to get their name out.

They're not as good as they were on the demos but they're not bad either (I don't think)... but they definitely could have had more done with them.

The review and song posted under the chart have prompted me to check this out.

Vocals were ok for me straight away.

Hmmmm, personally can't see the issue with the vocals, but admittedly I'm not really listening that much too them...

Any one got any idea when the new Athiest is out by the way?
