Cor Scorpiii is a solid acquisition. It's amazing that out of Windir's ashes formed two killer and unique metal bands in Vreid and Cor Scorpii.

Yes it is. Apparently ever single member of Windir is ridiculously talented. Too bad about Valfar though, sounded like a great guy. One of the few black metal frontman that wasn't a psycho.

From the review it sounded too good to be true. I figured the shoegaze elements would be "token" and tacked on and the black metal parts would be boring... but it was none of those things.

A blistering storm wiped off my power and most of the review which wasn't saved so I basically lacksidadily tried to piece it back together. It turned out to be more obnoxious than hoped. Whatever. Also, Zoo threw down a killer recc similar to this, Enmerkar. Get that too.
