I know it's been said before many times but this is an amazing album, I love it. Hallowed Be Thy Name is my favourite song of all time hence the user name.

Ican't say anything about the number of the beast, just listen it and you will realize the difference between this album and the others, feel it and touch the deep sensations that the pure heavy metal made in yourself.... no word can explain these feelings!!!

easily one of a Maiden fan's favorite album. I love Steve's bass playing in Invaders. I'm not too much on the plus side of Dave Murray's soloing (basically all he does is hammer-ons and pull-offs), but this album shows how awesome he can wail on the guitar. I also prefer Clive Burr over Nicko. He sounds more solid on the drums. Too bad the poor guy has MS

AWESOME review man.

I agree with your first sentence, havent listened to Powerslave enough to judge yet. 3rd Maiden album and my favorite. Hallowed Be Thy Name is the greatest metal song ever, without a doubt. This Message Edited On 03.11.08
