Yeah, i saw them last year at a Chiodos concert and i fucking hated them. That being said i still find On Frail Wing... an okay listen from time to time.

i think i went to a show on that tour. a skylit drive, alesana, escape the fate, silverstein, chiodos?

Yeah. At that time i was still kinda into post-hardcore/metalcore so i really enjoyed A Skylit Drive (my first experience with them) and i've always had a soft spot for Escape the Fate. Alesana's set however seemed to drag on forever, and i just wasn't feeling it at all.

I still listen to all those bands, i just know they arent anything special now. I really liked A Skylit Drive's set, i bought a hoodie from them. Alesana was awful until they played some older stuff. ETF was really good i thought. Silverstein was great, and i didnt stay for Chiodos.

Escape the Fate has definitely gotten better live with Craig as a frontman. I remember seeing a video of them at his first show and he sucked, but i've seen them 4 times since then and the band has been amazing.

Acceptable review, and a decent album overall.. Frail Wings was the first post-hardcore album I really got into, and it is still a guilty pleasure of mine At least I've seen the light, and have moved on to bigger and better things :P

yeah thats pretty much where i am with them, i listen to them out of loyalty to where i started mostly.

The problem with this band is they can't come up with anything original, they have to rip it from someone else. And their screamer is god-awful... I might check out this album, pretty convincing review, probably taste a song, and if that screamer is still screaming like he usually does, I'm turning it off. Unfortunately, their lyrics have gotten even more cliche and less original, not that they were ever original to begin with.

I just really enjoy In Her Tomb By The Sounding Sea. It's a quality song with a great pop-punk chorus. Also features what is probably my favorite bridge on the album.. along with Annabel.

I think that this album is a major improvement on their last. I have really enjoyed all three of their albums though. I think I am one of the few. The things that annoy people about this band I really seem to enjoy.
