cokemachineglow did such a perfect job for their decade writeup explaining that RUSH you get listening to this album and "lowdown" comes on and the "YEAH YOU ONLY GOTTA DANCE WITH/NO YOU NEVER GOTTA FIGHT WITH ME" part comes on and you're like "shit man this is only the second song."

Listening to this now and it's incredible so far
Only reason why I never checked the band's early works out was because I found Waterfall II very lame
But this is ace, great atmosphere

Nice, Pika! I do like their late-era stuff but their early albums are where it's at!

The concert was great and they were energetic, just wish the song choices was a little better.

Oh nice, I should've waved to you I guess!
I didn't mind the setlist, the more recent songs weren't the best but to be expected. The It Still Moves and Z era stuff was just killer.

Yeah the four new songs were meh along with a couple others. I loved the 4 It Still Moves ones, Off the Record, Wasted, Feel You, Going to Scream 2, X-mas Curtain, and the whole encore.

@Talons, yeah, pretty much agree with that assessment.
@sona, yeah, Lowdown is brilliant, definitely a top 10 MMJ song in my book. It was actually gonna be my first dance wedding song with my wife, but we ultimately ended up doing a very small-scale event without any dancing.

I woulda loved if they played Law Low, Gideon, and Tropics.
Lowdown is awesome and whole album is great, but a little too much filler like It Still Moves and the debut. If they made The Waterfall double album after Z, that tour would be an amazing setlist I bet.
