normally i dont like any hip hop but this actually sounds pretty cool. great review though, pos. twenty one tracks is a little intimidating but i'll still get around to it tonight

yeah, that's the main drawback of the album for me -- the length. If you want to start with the strongest tracks I'd say go for The Wren, Dots and Dashes, Last Call, Sadie Hawkins, Let Me Tell You Baby, Kid Gloves and Liver Let Die. There aren't many that are weak, there are just some that don't quite measure up to the rest.
Thanks for the pos dude.

word man, this album definitely requires a few listens (just based on length alone, not to mention lyrical depth)

I think I could be considered a resident fanboy since I actually live in the same state as Doomtree.
You're still cool Inveigh.

I like this one better than False Hopes 12 I gotta check out the rest still. Game Over and Drumsticks are my two favorites on this one.

yeah, this is definitely better than False Hopes 12, though there were some dope tracks on that (Traveling Dunk Tank, Lucky, Veteran, etc.).
Check out some stuff by the individual members like Sims' Lights Out Paris, Cecil Otter's Rebel Yellow and P.O.S.'s Audition. Also, False Hopes XV is pretty awesome.

I have all of the P.O.S. albums one of my favorite hiphop artist. Cecil's stuff that I've heard is pretty good and only heard Sims on the Doomtree stuff.

oh man, I rocked the shit out of Lights Out Paris when I first picked that up at a Doomtree show -- great stuff. Cecil's definitely good though too. If you're through all the Doomtree stuff I'd say look into Mac Lethal. Just don't get his 2007 11:11 album (although there are a few good tracks). Try to find Love Potion Collection 4 or 5, or The Original 11:11 Sessions, those albums are the shiiiiiiiiittt

Question: Why does anybody care about Doomtree? Doomtree sucks. Oh please, please, please can I listen to another 90 minute album full of adults complaining about their lives? Jesus, everyone on this site needs to listen to a little KISS and just lighten up. Underground hip hop is the reason you are all depressed, and you know you are. Now drop the prozac and go buy a Blink 182 album, preferably their newest, most awesomest one.
