definitely a travesty. This is my fav SG album bar none, and they are my favorite band.
The whole album, save maybe no attention, are 4+ songs in my book

I seriously doubt I'll like this more than SUK or BMF, I'll give ita a shot' sice it's my second fave of the Big Four, after Pearl Jam.

I have heard their latest and Superunknown. King was pretty good, Superunknown was phenomenal. Where does this fall into the ranks?
|
| |
each album is different so its hard to compare em but if you dig bmf and suk i cant imagine you wouldnt dig this
|
| |
Well that turned me off to this.
Will still check at some point though because it's Soundgarden
|
| |
This is cool album tbh
|
| |
wait, what???? you claim you loved suk so why the hell would that turn you off to this?
|
| |
Oh I read wouldnt as WOULD. My bad. I'll definitely check this out then
|

Wouldnt not would lol

Idk, I think this is their second worst next to Louder Than Love. Superunknown was a classic, Badmotorfinger was nearly perfect, and KA and UMOK were pretty excellent, but this album is just so damn tedious. To me personally, I kind of see it as Soundgarden's The Fragile album honestly. I don't think it has the inventive and intricate details Superunknown had to make the all too similar song ideas here anything as strikingly interesting as when Superunknown first introduced them and redefined the band's scope of ambition.
