Yeah, I think it was a mistake diving into this album with the idea of Little Man in my head.

Oh yes, So We Row. Somehow left that out... Probably the best song on the album to be honest. It's definitely the most powerful, which is something melikey.

Still too early to rate

Yeah definitely the best song, and this is much different to Little Man. Perhaps try What We Have Sown and Tightly Unwound first to break yourself in a bit

I actually came across TPT when someone threw me a copy of 3000 Days which pretty much has 50% of Little Man. Still bought Little Man anyway but I've heard all the stuff on that before I gave this a go. Will try out the rest of What We Have Sown and Tightly Unwound sometime this weekend though

Hmm, I'd say Preparation for Meltdown and So We Row are the best, with first track close behind

T/t is awesome, 'specially the solo but the lyrics feel slightly weak

So We Row, Preparation For Meltdown and Nothing At Best are definitely the best tracks on this album. It's all pretty solid though

I don't get why this is labeled as progressive rock, it sounds more like an alternative rock version of Moby or Beck than Yes or Porcupine Tree. Is it because they used to be progressive rock? I haven't heard their other albums yet so I don't know

Well if you listen to tracks like Prepararion For Meltdown or So We Row, there's definitely prog goin on their, but it is mostly their older stuff that's 'prog.' E.g. The 27-minute t/t of What We Have Sown, which is an awesome song btw

Not to be one of those people, but t/t is almost the same song as Bones by Radiohead from The Bends

The guitar and rhythm is practically the same. Though I think I prefer the t/t cause of all the feels
