Well, I never really have (to be honest, I assumed he was just somebody's alt), but one thing that bugs me in particular is when somebody negs/claims they dislike a review but give no constructive criticism.
I enjoy receiving criticism, because it's the only way to get any better at writing. Comments by Deviant. or Phlebas are examples of criticism I've received that's helpful. Myself, I would never dislike a review without giving some sort of feedback (and even then, I hardly ever pos or neg, I just leave comments).

the fact that you're taking his comments like a little bitch is only appeasing him, just hide how much they hurt and laugh it off

Man, I just can't get into anything this guy does. I mean not even Merriweather, which I've heard is better than 8 continuos hours of sex. And hey it might be, but the girl, she just don't seem that attractive....
well anyway, back to this album, it's ok.

this is much better than i originally thought it would be, but i dunno guys, all these 5's for something he did with the band on Merriweather and now he does it by himself here, and not as good? for once im not on the hipster hype train... it feels good

merriweather was like the perfect acid trip, and this is when you take too much acid and everything becomes a blur but you're still like "yeah i feel kinda good right now, even though i cant comprehend a single thing"

@Lewis; I consider it a lot more intimate than "Person Pitch", or MWPP. I think that's because it sounds more stripped back and more contemplative. The thing is, a LOT of the sound you hear is guitar, though it's so heavily modulated it's hard to make it out as such. Once you can recognize that, you'll realize just how relatively stripped down this record is (many tracks seem to be nothing more than vocals, guitar, a beat, and maybe a sample or two looping). In this sense, there's a lot less "annoying sounds" going on in the background, and more concrete "music" (I use all of those terms lightly).

I usually see Lewis with a comment that's a paragraph long so that's my reference.
