I'm part of it haha. I'm pretty positive there's some others that think of those bands when mentioning death/doom. You should listen to this though Irving! Even if it may not be your style. Couldn't hurt to try.

It should either be some people...they, or you...you.

Upon first listened i kinda agreed with all your points but to a much lesser extent (like 3.5-4)
Can't see myself 4.5'ing this but i'll give it a few more listens before i settle on anything
