eli? have you seen heima? it's a DVD documentary of a bunch of interesting little (or big) free shows Sigur Ros did around Iceland to thank them for all the support. it's a fucking moving watch. i have a copy of it somewhere, but i think the entire thing is fragmented into parts on youtube. i highly recommended you (and any other sigur ros fan) to watch it if you haven't seen it.

This may seem out of place given the time frame, but this had been the only album by Sigur Ros I
hadn't heard; it is now my favorite.
Thank you for inspiring me to listen to this. It is one of the most sweeping, and engaging pieces of
music I have ever heard. I thought the uplifting tone of Takk... wouldn't be matched, but the
optimistic of Ágætus Byrjun, it's vast soundscapes, somehow driven by consistent and beautiful
melodies have totally won me over.
One of the greatest albums I have ever heard, and I fear, that I will ever hear.
