Their first great piece of work after that crapfest of super-shitty synth-pop named "With Sympathy (My ASS!)"...

This album has hit or miss tracks.
Hits: "Just Like You", "We Believe", "All Day", "Over the Shoulder", "Where You at Now?/Crash and Burn/Twitch"
Misses: "The Angel", "My Possesion", "Isle of Man"
Nothing actually bad on here though. Those 3 tracks drag the album down.

So this album grew on me a lot.
I feel like I like it's style a lot more than their later work even if TLoRaH, TMisTTtT, and Psalm
69 also rule. I wonder if there are other albums in a similar vein to Twitch specifically...

This album is amazing!
I believe that people are being repulsed by the lack of guitars, that's why they are ranking it so low...

This one never grew on me either. Can't wait for you to move on. Next batch of albums are the real gold.

I still rank this pretty low but I'm glad you spurred me to revisit it. It's a pretty important stepping-stone album.

best stuff: Over the Shoulder, Just Like You.
always gonna be a lesser band to me despite them getting relatively famous cos they immediately get rid of large portions of this electro style and I don't like industrial metal nearly as much

I think this album is rated 4.5 because it is so fantastic. geometry dash scratch

first impression from the first two songs on Twitch:
extremely strong early skinny puppy vibes
like this could pop up in a jam of Bites/Mind/Cleans Fold and Manipulate or even some early Front Line Assembly and i wouldnt really notice
but its interesting to see that all these bands started making this exact kind of sound around 1985-86
All Day Remix still has some With Sympathy vibes, really interesting mix of styles
i should check out early works of front 242 and kmfdm because both preceed the three bands i mentioned above
theres probably a clear line of influence to be drawn
electro-industrial has been an obsession for me since 2015 but i wasn't really the obsessed databrain animal that i am now
man i really like All Day Remix

okay the long track is a bit obnoxious without offering much of substance or any real sense of atmosphere
dragging the whole thing down quite a bit cause its so long

on first impression i like this a bit less than with sympathy but mainly because of that pure industrial percussion long track
what other songs are actually on here are really appealing to me
again, ill stew on this record for two more days before giving it a rating
