Scatta is still by far his best track imo. I love foreign beggars.

And yes this EP is mostly more of the same and a lot of remixes of a song we're probably all sick of, but I actually enjoy First of the Year quite a bit. The parts where the chopped up vocals follow the same melody as the bass is really cool IMO. I've always really liked Kaskade's remix and the others aren't bad either. Plus, it's nice to hear him doing SOMETHING different on ruffneck.

The mindset of Dubstep producer Skrillex

Again for the last time, he doesn't just do dubstep....

dubstep breakdowns

What the hell is a dubstep breakdown?

as Ruffnex isn't very dubstep at all

Yes it is

and the last three tracks are remixes of Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites.

Four

very dubstep at all.It has more of an ambient feel to it,

Spacing

together.Although too long, the second remix is the one worth listening

Spacing

Other than that this review is okay. You get your points across but while you go into detail about the first 3 tracks you forsake the remixes

There's really only 2 redeeming aspects to this ep. That he's decided to include some dub into his sound (even though that ends up being little more than the stereotypical ragga vox) and the Kaskade remix. Everything is just more a.d.d. music. I like how the Skrillex fans have been defending this by saying "well, there's more remixes on here than new tracks because his comp got stolen remember?". Which makes sense, but he never had to release this

Where are those darn Foreign Beggars?!

Putting out their ep

I was implying that Dubstep is not art.

When you say dubstep what exactly are you talking about here? Brostep like this or.....

I don't know a lot about electronic music, but I'm learning.

I'm going to review something I'm more familiar with for my 2nd review.

Why are you now doing dubstep/electronica? Just say he's an electronic music producer
