People way over-reacted to this album, and its score will most likely reflect that as it drops over time.
I agree that Addicted is the best of the project, and perhaps more folks will arrive at that conclusion with time. Ki gets unfairly left in the dark, even though most of it is incredible.

I will say the chorus on Sumeria around the 1:38 mark reminds me an awful lot of Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This.

This album's a grower for sure. The music's really dense, in more ways than one. Sure, there's a couple moments that drag, but most of the album is so incredibly novel and great that it makes up for the rest. The shorter songs are more accessible, but even the longer tracks like The Mighty Masturbator and Planet of the Apes are really great. Give it a chance.
