Yeah, Dev. What Aids said. Musical Chairs pretty well sums them up.

I liked it, but I really don't know about that singer

the vocalist is probably about 90% of their appeal for most people. but I hear that they lowered his vocals in the mix for this album so I'd say start with this one.
i love his vocals

I'll probably just get all of them, and check them out in my own sweet time

This is really good. Fortunately, they are way heavier now. Good review too. Pos'd.

I would have preferred if this band didn't get heavier, but the album still rules. Short Haired
Tornado, Golden Parachutes and The Greener Grass are fucking unreal. However, I am totally welcoming
the more involved keyboards.

Short Haired Tornado and Golden Parachutes slay for sure. The Greener Grass was a letdown for me. We'll see. It might grow on me.

Can't stop listening to Golden Parachutes.

Sounds pretty good, except of a few minors already mentioned like the production, but I guess I can deal with that. The 10 minute outro and the intersections sometimes seem a bit out of place but I can just skip them anyway.

Fucking love the new album.
Whiskey, Coppertank, and The Greener Grass = amazing. Whiskey and Coppertank are fantastic live, as well.

Don't discredit Amerillo Sleeps On My Pillow. It has some totally awesome melodies.

Can see Rikki Tikki being a single just to draw ppl into the WTF aspect. Need to let this settle in. First album was fairly beloved to me, so reserving judgment 'til I get more listens. Like what I heard though.

Where's the Bright Bulbs love?
|
| |
Bright Bulbs is one of my favs for sure!
This will be top 5 of the year for me! Maybe 1...? We'll see
|

"Whiskey And Ritalin" and "Bright Bulbs And Sharp Tools" are definitely my favorites. I still find something missing in the album in comparison to Fables From A Mayfly, but Fair To Midland always tends to grow more and more on you the more you listen to them, so it's time start listening to the album non-stop for the next three days straight :3.
