Haven't heard these guys in ages, I used to like Hopes and Fears and liked it but I only listened to a couple of songs off Under the Iron Sea

This band is so boring and middle of the road, they should change their name to White Lines.

Dude White Lies ru- oh you said White LINES!

I loved the first two Keane albums, particularly songs like 'Bedshaped' and 'She Has No Time'. Anything like that on here? What are some recommended tracks?

I like 'Disconnected' and 'Sovereign Light Cafe' as classic Keane tracks, although 'Black Rain' is also decent for something that experiments in electronic music

I've always had a soft spot for Keane, 'Somewhere Only We Know' was one of my favourite songs when I first started paying attention to music.
This album has it's moments, 'On The Road' is a great tune.

Heard Day Will Come in a store and was convinced it was Phoenix for a few moments.

Trying to find their way back. Some sparks of greatness. No Bad Dream, Atlantic or She has no Time yet, but like Sowing said, it's far better than expected after that godforsaken last album. "You are Young", "Disconnected" and "Black Rain" are pretty good.
Singer sounds sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better than on the last album.
Great Review btw.

there's this britpop song that constantly gets played on the radio station at the grocery store that i work at, and every time i hear it it pisses me off for some reason. it's just... a complete summation of everything i dislike about this type of music.
i just found out that it's Somewhere Only We Know off this band's first album. i think it's safe to say that i'll be avoiding this.

Obviously not as innovative as UTIS or as irresistible as Hopes/Fears, but great.
