Im impressed lately about the progression that my country is doing in metal/rock/blues territory in music, let's keep this shit going!

If this is the worst album you've ever heard then you rarely listen to bad music. I'm not a fan of
this band but this is definitely not that awful.

Finally was able to pick this up today, wasn't going to pay the extra $ for the double disc one though. Looking forward to hear all of the tracks!

Yeah, stripped down came to my mind too after listening to this for the first time just now. I really loved the bombastic sound of Night Eternal though so for me this is a step back.

I would say that "Sine Missione" and "En Nome do Medo" are the best tracks on this record.

There were two versions of the album:

1. Alpha Noir with 12 songs, from 10-12 song as bonus.

2. Double Disc Alpha Noir / Omega White. The first three songs of Omega White are the bonus in the basic version.

The Omega White album is not as heavy as Alpha Noir, is like a contrast:

Alpha vs Omega,

Noir (Black) vs White

So, the heaviness in the Black side is a little bit softer in the White side, there are some songs ala Type O Negative, same riffs and even vocals...

The Noir side is slightly better than its counterpart, but nevertheless this is an excellent album. Though it feels plain at times, the songs are really catchy and well done.

Yeah, if they made one album with the top tracks on both sides, it would've had potential to be their best album.

Agreed! Though in my opinion the Noir side is nearly flawless. Not a single bad track for my taste

Alpha Noir does represent their darker sound very well.

The Alpha Noir album is the weaker one though. Moonspell did better on the bonus disc. And it is no wonder. What they did on Omega White was the formula they would use and refine on Extinct which is an improvement.

Saw these guys yesterday performing a full acoustic set and it was incredible.

They played a couple of songs from Omega White and now I have recheck the whole thing.
