I always thought they originally were ordered by lowest on page was turned in 1st. Then the tagged review showed up on band page when clicked.

If I'm understanding you right.... nope? It's always been descending order of scores. But maybe what orders them within ratings is the submission date. I've never really cared enough to see if that's true
