I disagree. I mean, I completely agreed when this first came out but holy shit is it better.

I also think it is basically level with The Wild Hunt - in musicality, but The Wild Hunt had so much more personal connection and grit to it for me, as he was sprouting from his lauded debut.

But this still fucking kills

Wind and Walls is the best song on here.

I think Criminals is the only song on here I don't like

Should probably go listen to The Wild Hunt

Funny thing, I thought it was a weak link but then he blasted it last night - epic

I hope he does something different with the next album, really liking this one so far though.

Better than Shallow Grave, but falls a bit short of The Wild Hunt.

If every song on this were as stunning as 'On Every Page,' it'd be a 5, easily. The little tempo shift in the intro blows me away every time.

@Douglas goddammmmmm that was awesome.

this has been growing on me quickly. On first listen I didn't like it nearly as much as The Wild Hunt, but it's pretty close now.

'and minnows in your pockets when the rapids' on the trail'
ugh god perf

how good is it with the slow burn. makes those feels even more feely

It also looks like he is trying to piss take Matt Bellamy... or he is hungover

So damn good. I like it a lot better than the original. Thought it was one of the weaker tracks on the album.

I'm honestly quickly developing tendinitis trying to play revelation blues at full speed.

i've heard that from like four people on this site and I'm honestly a little baffled. It's the perfect folk voice.
