I forgot this existed. To be honest, this is so dull i could probably forget it existed while listening to it....

i really don't get what people see in legend, i hate the way the song flows and the orchestra is really obnoxious, it's every flaw in this album put under a magnifying glass. it's basically everlasting light but so, so much worse

the only song i even vaguely like here is nostalgia but even that one has really wore off (which is ironic given the title)

They're playing in Boston this weekend, but not sure if I want to go. Seen them 3 or 4 times already and starting to get bored of them. They need to change things up. I'm starting to forget why I liked them in the first place.

Never seen them live. Think I might have to at least once but absolutely nothing they've done I can say is better than 'good', and I'm a massive post rock fan

Ashes in the Snow and Moonlight are two of the best Post-rock songs ever made

You are There is monumental.

The majority of Post Rock is chin strokey wank live.

If by best post rock song you mean waiting for 8 min of the same thing before it just gets really loud sure

And post rock is my favourite genre to see live

When it comes to seeing someone live I go for the following.

1. Rock n roll like it's the end of the world.

2. The euphoric rush of beats while lasers burn my retinas.

3. Stripped down soul laid bare to the point you think the artist is going to do themselves in for the encore.

Post rock (which I do love) has never appealed live although Mogwai were great.

The thing is that would totally be for me usually, I just don't feel it when it's Mono. Not sure why, but I'm sure they're good cos so many people rave about them

Mogwai who were great, Silver Mt Zion who were terrible plus a couple of bog standards who were forgettable
