It's a beta test. the creator wants to see if changing the increments to .1 will bog down the site too much so for now the staffers can rate albums in .1 increments. depending on how this goes, it might become a site wide thing.

i hope they bring the .1 increments to the users too cause omg that would be like christmas for me. I rate thing out of 10 by .1 increments and then adjust it for sputnik. like 8.7/10 ~ 4.5/5
