They've only had two live tours and although the silent shout tour is widely acclaimed their new one is, as stated in the review, highly controversial. Definitely not for everyone. Ready To Lose live is beast.

K. Saw the show last week at Øya. The energy they evoked in the crowd (at least at the front where I was) was insane. Definitely met my positive expectations - a proper rave.

This album is fuckin rad, and I was not a huge fan of their previous stuff.

I think "A Cherry on Top" may actually be my favorite track. That or "Without You My Life Would Be Boring".
I really don't know to rate this album. I still feel like it has too much padding.

yah silent shout is way better, this dips considerable in the latter half. even the songs everyone's crazy about 'raging lung' sound tame by the knife's standards imo

I feel that this album would have actually benefited if the band had held back a bit. Songs like Raging Lung are good but drag a bit.

I think both songs are pretty creepy, but yeah, they have a different tone. Like I said, it's not a comparison I immediately made, but once it was pointed out I saw it.
