I havent really listened to nin since with teeth, and those lyrics certainly werent "goofy". But now that i listen again they're not too bad, just a different theme i guess.

This album's good but it doesn't really feel like it needs to exist. It doesn't serve to vent Trent's anger like the early NIN stuff did and it doesn't have a concept that it can follow like his later albums. It just sort of.... meanders around.

Agreed. In Two is a fucking great song though, the only one on here I would consider among Trent's best. I just wish every song wasn't two minutes too long.
