Arguably, the style of metalcore abr play and the lack of progression theyve exhibited over the years means for some people none of their albums can get above a 3.5 because although they are solid albums, theyre also not that special.

contender for their best, probably my favorite, really good shit
regarding ratings caps for this kind of music or whatever, my criteria for 4-5 usually has to do with an impact on the genre/landmark in some way, stuff like ABR doesnt have the highest aspirations so theyd have to really push boundaries for me to consider them more than just 'great'
