@pistolpete: I don't know man. The only rap or hip hop album you have 5'd is Run The Jewels 2 and then your other rap ratings are just cult/hipster classics that people can discover all of in just one basic list so I don't believe anything you just said. You can completely prove me wrong so I'm not saying this as a matter of fact. Just what I see...
I still haven't gotten all the way to the end of this album. I've started it so many times. First 6 songs 4.2/5 but then I have to stop it eventually somewhere in the next four songs so the whole experience is unsatisfying. After a dozen tries and the result is the same I feel like I can rate this.

@Storm: I'm more into post-metal and alt rock if anything, fair enough. But my comment was more a knock at the rap albums that have been coming out over the last 2-3 years. They all seem to be 17+ songs and rappers don't seem to know how to keep the quality control in check. Lots of recent examples (The Game, Schoolboy Q, De La Soul, Isaiah Rashad, Childish Gambino, Tyler the Creator, especially Drake's latest album...20 songs). The Game is by far the worst culprit in that list for this. My guess is they just put so much effort into the song that they're afraid to just drop it.
