I was never big on the White Stripes, but I kind of dig the Raconteurs, plus they sent me buttons and stuff.

hep kat, i think the raconteurs will go along ways because of jack white look at what he did with the white stripes its obvious that he and The Raconteurs will go along ways, maybe even more albums than the white stipes.

I doubt that very much.

Anyway, i'm a huge white stripes fan, but this album (unlike the stripes) is based very much in pop. Blue veins and broken boy soldier are some of the best white has ever did, but the rest is just ok. Next record could be better.

The title track is great and by far the best song on the CD. The rest of the cd is still good though, I love seeing Jack White with a support system. bye bye Meg White!

Hmm, I have to say, having loved this album at first, that the novelty of hearing Jack White in a new outfit has worn off. I love Benson's singing, and I think it suits the type of music very well.

I do like 'Intimate Secretary' and is the highlight of the album for me.

However, I believe that, although Jack White wanted to don on an outfit that wasn't red, he should still go back to Meg, and see what he can do.

The last White Stripes album was by now means the best, but I do believe it was a lot better than anything here.

Steady as she goes is great. I sahll peep this soon

I heard Jack White gets mad if you call The Raconteurs a side project. I hope he didn't beat any interviewers for saying that.

I love this band and this album. Best album since Get Born by Jet. Go buy it if you like Jet. Both are phenomenal bands.
