Bergtatt or Shadows would be my favorite, I'm honestly completely happy with where they're going now. This is fantastic so far, very psychedelic.

Very excited to hear this. Is it all instrumental or does Garm sing?

The last few songs have some singing, and there're quiet spoken word parts and things like that scattered around as well.

For those on the first page wondering about the album title, this is from the wikipedia page: "The album’s title, ATGCLVLSSCAP, is an acronym referring to the first letter of each twelve signs of the Zodiac, from Aries to Pisces."

"and man is it something to get lost in."

I couldn't agree more. The atmosphere on this record is phenomenal.

@TalonsofFire - Got it. So similar to Messe I.X - VI.X? I wonder why they've been cutting the vocals back on the last few albums? Garm has an amazing voice. It's a shame to waste it.

Man I really liked both of the available songs off of this on their bandcamp. Really excited to jam the whole thing.

@jkr: Childhood's End seemed like the last Ulver release with consistent vocals unfortunately, as strong as albums like Messe and Terrestrials are. Musically this is pretty phenomenal though, not as ambient and neo-classical as Messe. It's more experimental psychedelic rock meets drone, but the two albums aren't all that different from each other besides that, and around the same level of quality for me.

Cool stuff, but a bit too long. Needs multiple takes to sink in
