Mhh I personally like Tekeli-Li more than this. I'm missing something here.
I'm guessing this will end up somewhere between a 4 and a 4.5 (it's still really good), while Tekeli-Li was a hard 4.5 (but that album was special).

it is pretty straight-forward, but the little things they add here and there along with the 3 guitars (which are utilized very well and make for a layered sound) give it a step ahead other generic BM bands doing this style. plus the songwriting is just fucking excellent. everything moves organically.

found the full stream of this on youtube, this shit is so good. stoked to have found this. thanks for reviewing it. also found another band i hadnt heard on season of mist's youtube called dodecahedron that sounds like plebeian grandstand meets deathspell omega that has an album coming out in march. that shit was rad too.
