Howls of Ebb is the only one with similarities (but really only their first album) because of the heavy psych/death n roll-esque elements to it.

The HoB comparison I can understand if you're simply comparing the ~atmosphere~ or ~aesthetic~ but I hear absolutely no Deathspell in this. Looks like I'm just repeating what everyone else has said tho so I'll leave it.
