I didn't find it too much sadder than 'Either Or', there's some comedy in places too. You're right though, overall the story is pretty tragic, her heart belonged to daddy

it's the story, I can see why Lou Reed tried to tackle it. I've never listened to Lou Lou but this band was made to tell this story . . . meanwhile, I could 4.5 this after one listen.
