def agree with that for Throw Me In The River, I'm finding this pretty immediate though. Way better production too, much more bombastic and lively.
Really enjoying this right now, though I have a feeling it'll fall into that typical Smith Street Band hole where I really love about a half of the songs and the other half I increasingly don't care for with repeated listens.

all great stuff though, debut just brings too many emotionally fucked up anthems to be surpassed by any of their other albums. and agreed, sunshine gets overlooked a little too often
