There's no way this is a 1.5 but there's also no way I'll ever actually listen to this again to find out for sure so

Great album but needed more rock and roll party songs from here and now, dark horse and all the right reasons about girls, I can't rate it above those 3 classics but it's close

Here and now, all the right reasons, dark horse/feed the machine, the long road. Top 5 in that order

This will be the day that I admit to liking the title track of this album

Just realized that this is my most viewed review under this account. Definitely wouldn't have imagined that my most popular review would be for a fuckin' Nickelback album, but here we are

Crazy how it's been five years since we got a new Nickelback album

But this one was pretty promising, as well as pretty metallic compared to a lot of their other work, so I'm curious about how the new one will sound

I enjoyed a couple of their earlier albums, guiltily. Everything since though... not so much

Not so sure about the album as a whole, but if you have a soft spot for heavy butt rock - and I'm guilty as charged - the title track and "The Betrayal (Act III)" are solid bangers

Act III didn't have to go so hard, but it does.

Just jammed this again the other day, and it's still pretty decent. As weird as it sounds, I'll always have some nostalgic memories associated with the record because of when it came out. That was right when I got to my first duty station in the Navy, and right after I finished my first underway. Good times
