Fanisk is good but only the first LP. Biskilnir is another band and then GBK.

GBK are great but I wouldn’t call them nsbm, I think only a couple of members over the years have held anti-semitic views (this is based off of a comment from Cazz Grant i read a few years back, i may be remembering wrong)

no they're not generally labelled nsbm but any casual glance at any of their lyrics will reveal blatant anti-semitism, so i guess it's not national socialist per se but it's still racist

The thing with NSBM bands is that a lot of them do that sort of nationalist pagan angle, which generally means traditional instrumentation/a folk-y influence. I'm a sucker for that blend and in my experience they nail it more times than not. Make of that what you will, and not to defend their various ideologies, but they're usually unfairly good at it imo.

Most pagan black metal, nsbm or otherwise, is terrible and certainly doesn’t nail the style. The few interesting bands labelled nsbm often don’t sound like the rest.
