Ahhh, that's better. Also, Dewi, have you seen the Guernica performance video where they did Destruidnos Juntos live? I think I even like that version better. Also, have you seen the video for Un Hombre? That's how I found out about the book of poems the lyrics came from, but the video is an amazing piece of art. I'd buy that mural in a heartbeat if I had all the money to do such things

Well, being based on a poem about the Bosnian War this seems to be an execution of a war prisoner performed by a firing squad, and the whole bathtub, etc it's just how they treated those prisoners.
This happened in 1992, so you would think that we would be over this kind of shit but human rights were basically violated on a daily basis while the rest of Europe did nothing to prevent it, hence the closer "Silent Europe".
It might be a very shallow take on the subject, but that's what i get from it :/

the structure is a bit formulaic, but by no means is that an album-ruiner. after listening to this, I checked out Nino de Elche's work and was completely blown away with the avant-garde experimentation, instrumentation, and really the overall sound. my gripe is that I would've enjoyed this so so much more if they had incorporated more of that into this instead of utilizing *only* his voice. to me, instead of being a collaboration, it's kind of feels like Nino de Elche doing guest vocals on a Toundra album.
