Puns are here to stay. I needed to find a place for my head, so I wrote this review. Jokes aside, I didn't belittle anyone in the review. I really am struggling to find which section most of you interpret to be belittling. Honestly, I don't like writing that way, so if any of the points come across as condescending to readers, please post them so I can fix it. I felt average was best suited for Minutes to Midnight. When I think of a "3" record, to my standards, I usually associate that with something like "Appeal to Reason." I value the rating system differently than Sputnik. I don't think average is bad. An average album can still have good songs. I'm basing this review off of an entire album. Sure there are a few good songs, but in the context of the album's message, tone, and delivery, that doesn't make the album better for it. That just makes the songs stand out.

@droptune the points TVC pointed out were pretty belittling(?) in my opinion. I don't have a problem with your rating, I don't think this record is that good too, but the review makes you sound like a dick. If you worded things a little more nicely I think there wouldn't be that much fuzz about this review now.

I wanted to write a snarky review for this album. Most of my reviews (if you care to read them) are all written differently. I'm sorry if that comes off as condescending to you readers. The points TVC rebutted were the core aspects of my review. They might have been condescending to Linkin Park, but I can see where the wording would lead to misinterpretation. I probably won't write another snarky review after this one (but the puns will stay damn it!) but I had a lot of fun writing it and in the current comment section. I didn't think it would be as controversial as it currently is.
