Have realised that the opening lead from Kristy is literally Break by Kero Kero Bonito and idk how to live in this knowledge

During the encore tonight, Aaron came out and played Kristy with the Sparkling Teeth alone on acoustic. It was perfect.

i kind of wish cities of the plain didn't have 2 whole minutes of dead air and instead started when the guitar comes in. Some of the mixing is weird af too, like existential dread. the alt version of winter solstice is weaker than the album version. dirty air is pretty nice, so is bethlehem, but august 6th and kristy are the clear highlights

cities and bethlehem are great, and August 6th is god tier mwY

I really do like cities I just have to skip ahead to enjoy it. Winter solstice is just rly w.e tho imo. The album version has so much more going on that helps carry that chorus melody. August 6th is untouchable tho. Feel like Kristy is the song that should have ended untitled and their careers

I've been listening to this nonstop lately, and it holds up. Such a perfect runway for the untitled LP too.
