You were right, the transition from Rainbow Signs to Bethlehem is perfectly.

For now, my favorites are the bookends and August 6th. If I had to choose one to be my favorite overall from the album, probably August 6th.

The LP is gonna be phenomenal, no doubt

This is all lulling you into a false sense of security, LP will be shite.

This is great though, at least there’s a bit of conviction going on with these lads. I dig ‘em.

While I wouldn't take anyone's word for it who says that they have a promo copy, it's also not unlikely, especially for a major publication. I kind of hope it does not leak. I want that feeling of opening the packaging and spinning it in my living room for the first time.

I think it's true, my good friend just told me he is about to start working for a music website and that the site owner told him he'll be getting a promo copy within the next few days

Further proof that these guys are one of the most consistent bands, right up there next to Brand New, that the world knows right now. Wtf this is so good. I don't understand how it's possible that a band can age their sound in the exact same way my tastes are aging as I'm getting older lol

I mean I'd imagine that means someone here will be getting a promo not long from now?
I've decided August 6th is the best here, stunning song

From the mwY reddit page, same band manager who said the album was going to have lots of screaming:

It is way more dynamic than Pale Horses. It’s a crazy album.

And I actually love the muted screams on Julia.

Pale Horses wasn't super dynamic tbh, it was more a really compelling shade of totally bleached out - Ten Stories was probs more dynamic if anything

The screams on Julia are really vicious and anguished, it works for that song but I imagine/hope they'll be brought to the fore more often than not on the album

mwY it's the same every time I listen to a new song; at first carried by the adrenaline of having new mewithoutyou in my life which is followed by meeeh songs ok which then grows into wow this is amazing

I really hope the LP doesn't leak either. At least not this far in advance. If I got a promo of anything, I'd have that shit on lock down.

Seeing as how SO MANY people are getting promos already (my friend who told me he's getting one is about to start writing for a website I've never in my life heard of before) I think unfortunately it's definitely going to leak relatively soon
