I only got into them a few years ago after death defying unicorn blew me away been doing a discog run lately and even though they have some exceptional tracks since the start. Many of the heralded earlier stuff just doesnt hit me. Too much mid paced. Mundane. Acoustic like stuff in between a great song or 2 and some legit bad vocals. But when they get more and more proggy and psych is when They have appealed to me more and now one of my fave bands in all honesty.

This trilogy is my Motorpsycho canon at the moment. Love this one for the heavy it brings. It serves as a welcome changeup to the two prog behemoths it’s flanked by.

You mean you haven't listened to the ones before it yet?

Defo agree that it's a nice breather.. it also kinda feels like the album where they're just going through the motions the most, the least fresh of the last few
