I come back to their stuff pretty frequently. I don't think they've made a bad album, but I also don't feel like any one stands out either. It's just solid music.

I gave this another spin recently and it was sooooo fucking boring. This is definitely my least favorite Sylosis album, it just feels so phoned in.

i can believe that phil
maybe ill give these guys another check some time soon

Closing track is wonderful tbh. Only ended up listening to it due to it being on my 2020 playlist. Definatly going to spin the full record tomorow

New single is out. Not crazy about it, but it's not terrible either.

Gotta disagree, I thought this album slapped. Really digging the new song as well.

I haven't really listened to Sylosis since Conclusion of an Age but this is good fun.

Just found out that Josh also made a post-metal record, the project is called Passages, record title is Lucid. Sounds really good so far

Just giving this a revisit now. Super strong album with a great beginning and end. Just needs a little bit more variety over the 50 minute length to take this to the next level.

Album's underrated as hell

Might have to give this another chance but I really remember this being boring as fuck. Still would like to see a new album from these guys though.

2 1/2 years on and my opinion hasn't really changed that much. Really good album whilst you're listening to it, but lacks that special ingredient to make it really memorable and have you coming back.

Yea it's decent while listening but definitely missing those magic moments that are constantly sprinkled in like their first few releases.
