This used to be my least favorite Animal Collective album. Now I can't stop listening to it for some reason....
Alvin Row is a very epic song and all, but my favorites are Spirit They've Vanished, Untitled (gives me goosebumps...), Penny Dreadfuls, and La Rapet.

my love for this album is gone, i'm like never in the mood for it and like when i try to listen to it i feel like i'm MAKING myself listen to it. hell jjust look at that comment about a month ago, i freaking loved it!

The production value here is the weakest, although that shouldn't be seen as a bad thing because the songwriting is excellent. If I had to compare it to another AC record I would say Here Comes the Indian because of its noisy attributes, but it really is a lot different than anything the band have ever done.
