Currently listening, After Last Night sounds like early Lights and I like it a lot!

Loving the new album! Shadow reminds me of Sweetener era Ariana Grande and I'm a huge fan of that, whole album is sounding really nice.

Overall it's more consistent than Loneliest Time, but Loneliest Time has the bigger peaks... Maybe, time will tell though.

new one kinda sucks, i get the sense that she has no idea what to do with her sound at this point

When in doubt just keep the huge bangers coming

I'd take Dedicated B Sides for the rest of my life

I’m too scared to listen, too many conflicting takes.

Nah it rules! First 3 songs especially are bangers. I don't think any of the songs are exactly immediate though, like the hooks aren't particularly hooking me. But musically the album is fantastic and really adventurous. I mean the opening song goes all industrial on your ass, so.

Only song I'm not super crazy on is Psychedelic Switch, but it's far from bad.

Psychedelic Switch is def the weakest but really only cuz it goes on for too long. it sticks out as being the more generic sounding pop song tbh.

Shy Boy is probs the only real banger (grew on me A LOT) but yeah, id say the hooks are really good but not huge BUT musically it's just so sublime to the ear that what she's going for just works so well

New one is all over the place, opener, Aeroplanes and the closing pair are absolute garbo, middle run has some mild winners, overall direction = mess

Oh my god you’re not wrong about the opener being annoying what the fuck is that vocal sample

I didn't like the chorus on the opener, but the rest of the song slaps it's great.

Album is just a glorified 'Side B' I guess though, that's why it's a bit messy. It's probably a 3.5 overall for me after a few listens.

Don’t really like this, really dislike the production on most of the songs but talking to yourself gets stuck in my head a lot (it sounds like Lady Gaga) which is something.

Man, it hurts to give this a three, especially because of how strong the title track is...

This record has really grown on me. The more I listen to The Loveliest Time the more it makes me come back to this one and I find myself appreciating it more. I think it might be my favorite CRJ album after Emotion.
