I've been lucky enough to rarely pay for it myself, though that's not much of a reality these days anymore. Seeing Rob Zombie should be fun, by my understanding his concerts are pretty insane with all the old school horror props and imagery he uses. Love that stuff.

Yeah that's exactly why I'm going. Me and my best friend love his movies so we've been wanting to go see him live for a while now. Pretty pumped that we finally get to.

My step-brother and I've been geeking out over his music and artwork for almost a decade now haha, I'd kill to see White Zombie, or the beginning of his solo career, live in the late 90s/early 00s.

I mean I have no idea how he is live, but I honestly don't care hahaha.

You should post here about how it is, I just meant in that time it was probably the height of his inspiration given how popular he was. His recent albums just seem like complete jokes, whereas around 1995-2000 they have more impact.

I've only heard the first two albums, really dig them both. I like Sinister Urge a bit more than this one overall.

This and The Sinister Urge are by far his best solo albums, but nothing beats the last two by White Zombie.

They're amazing, when my step-brother introduced me to Zombie like a decade ago that stuff blew my young mind.

I really think his later stuff is underrated. HBD2 is his weakest album, not that great. But Educated Horses is hella underrated and VRRV I thought was amazing, just as good as the HBD imo. Really looking forward to his new one too.

TalonsOfFire is stuck in the past. White Zombie was never as good as this, the sinister urge or hellbilly deluxe 2. Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor has some fun songs but that's it...Educated Horses plain sucked, though.

Overall, some great albums and an insanely good performer in lives! One of the best concert i've been to was in London in 2011...and i've been to quite a few concerts :p (best: Maiden in Paris on the Eddie Rips Up The World tour and very close 2nd best Alice Cooper during Graspop 2004).

Educated Horses and Hellbilly 2 are the only Rob solo albums I don't like. I liked Electric Warlock better than both of those.
